In lines with showing Madeline’s nursery tour, I thought I would go ahead and share what Connor’s nursery used to look like when he was in there.
So to start off with the crib, just like I did with Miss M’s nursery tour.
We kept the crib simple with just a yellow crib shirt and a blue skirt.
Above the changing table we had a nautical life preservers that I purchased at Michael’s Craft store and painted white (the red was already there). Above that is a “Captain Connor” sign, for that I used 2 wooden boats which were already painted and then I painted on Captain Connor. I just love this area of his nursery.
This rocking chair was handed down to me from my Aunt and I love it. The boat shelf was a Value Village find, and it was already painted in these colors and it was a perfect find and fit for the room!! The lamp was from Winners and it was on clearance.
The bookcase was filled with many books which were gifts for Connor from my baby shower and above the bookcase I found 3 nautical prints online and printed them off and placed them in cheap frames from Wal-Mart.
I loved putting this room together. I spent a lot of time finding the perfect pieces to complete the room on a budget.
Thanks for taking the time to see how Mister C’s nursery was before his baby sister came and took over the space.
